Change of mind
We do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply don’t like the item once it arrives, have changed your mind, or selected the wrong product.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in line with your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
Conditions
Items must not be used or damaged after delivery (unless faulty). We may decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
